Drive Team advises on sale of international sensor technology business, Sens-Tech.
Boodle Hatfield is proud to have been part of the advisory team which has helped to deliver the successful sale of Sens-Tech to discoverIE Group plc. Sens-Tech is a global player in the development of specialist X-ray detection subassemblies and photodetector modules for imaging systems. The seller’s advisory team was made up of Oaklins Smith and Williamson, Smith & Williamson Tax, DLA LLP, Boodle Hatfield LLP and James Cowper Kreston. It is particularly rewarding for the Drive Team to have been involved, having advised on the Sens-Tech owner’s MBO back in 2010!
